Return / Exchange Policy
- Customers can return the received product(s), only if they have received the wrong product or a damaged product, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- In case of damaged product or wrong product received, we shall exchange the product if available. If the correct product is unavailable / not despatched within 7 days of reporting the damaged/wrong product, the order amount paid will be refunded to you within 7-10 working days, by the same mode as originally used for payment.
- In case of such a return or exchange as mentioned above, please ensure the product is returned in original condition, with any tags & labels in place, and with any other packaging sold as part of the product.
- Any product sought to be returned or exchanged as mentioned above, should be unworn, unused, & unwashed. Products that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange as mentioned above.
- Products returned or exchanged under the above mentioned policy shall be subject to quality testing / inspection.
- For the purpose of this policy, the term ‘wrong product’ means the product does not match the description or specification set out in the purchase order or this website with respect to colour, size, or material.
- Not withstanding anything contained in this policy, D&D reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
- In case of a conflict in any terms of Returns and Exchange Policy, the decision of D&D shall be final and concluding, and you irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim or demur on this ground.
- Exchange of products, until the COVID19 pandemic is over, will not be possible in the interest of general public safety.
- We will update our exchange policy, once the COVID19 pandemic is over.
- Exchanges, as mentioned in the Returns section of this page, are only permissible against delivery of damaged or wrong products.
- Refunds will be issued as per policy mentioned in the Returns section of this page.
- Refunds will be made by the same mode, as originally used for payment.
- Refunds can take up to 7-10 working days.
- In case you have received a refund confirmation as per terms in Returns section of this page, and have still not received the same, you can email us at email@example.com to escalate the matter.
- Any products to be returned for exchange as per the policy & terms & conditions mentioned above on this page, need to be shipped by the customer at their own cost & risk. However once the exchange is successfully completed, we will provide a voucher of a reasonable amount estimated solely by D&D for the expenses incurred by the customer for the shipping of the said product, which can be redeemed for purchases on this website. D&D exclusively reserves the right to decide on the voucher amount, & no dispute/complaint in this regard will be entertained. D&D’s decision in this regard will be final & binding on all concerned.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the above stated policies & terms & conditions, D&D reserves a right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same. In such cases, products will be sent back to the customer at the original shipping address.
- In case of a conflict in any policy and/or terms & conditions of Returns, Exchange, Refunds & Shipping Policy, the decision of D&D shall be final and concluding, and you irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim or demur on this ground.
- D&D reserves the right to modify/change any of the above mentioned policies, terms & conditions without giving any prior or specific notice.
